I’ve led teams of 50 to 100 professionals and contributed both in coaching and delivering complex initiatives (PDCA, Kaizen, CAPEX projects, automation).
I’ve worked with leading companies such as Hutchinson, Straumann and Spineway, where I built new departments, integrated visual management tools (e.g., Fabriq), and fostered a strong problem-solving culture.
